As you walk through your design at full scale, they help spot issues early, answer questions on the spot, and suggest smart improvements — before anything is built. You can review as many floor plans as needed during your session. The pricing simply provides an indication of the time typically required for projects of different sizes.
Session length isn’t determined by size alone — we’ve reviewed 600–700sqm homes in 90 minutes, while some 60sqm renovations have taken two hours due to design complexities.

I can’t recommend this enough. Stefano was great, and very accommodating. The service itself is worth its weight in gold. With Stefano’s help we were able to find a couple of changes that would save us thousands in building costs. More importantly, walking through a life sized model let us identify some limitations with the floor plan that weren’t easily identifiable by just looking at them. If we hadn’t been able to course correct, we would’ve been unhappy with our original designs. We drove over 3 hours to get there and three hours back. Would still do it again as it made our home immensely better.
