How your walkthrough booking works
A $200 deposit secures your booking and is credited towards your final session balance.
We reserve up to two hours exclusively for your booking, so you have time to experience your project without feeling rushed. You only pay for the time used on the day, with a 60-minute minimum.
Please send your scaled PDF floor plans, elevations and any available 3D renders to sydney@lifesizeplans.com before your appointment.
Every walkthrough includes a dedicated Lifesize Plans Host who prepares the studio before your arrival, welcomes you, explains how the experience works, introduces the available furniture, props and partition walls, assists with changing layouts throughout the session, and ensures your walkthrough runs smoothly from start to finish.
You are welcome to bring your architect, builder, designer, family members or other decision-makers at no additional cost.
Most residential walkthroughs take approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the project and the number of layouts being reviewed.
Optional Design Consultant
If you would like professional design advice and live feedback on your plans, an experienced building design consultant can join your walkthrough for $180/hour + GST.
This option is ideal if you would like feedback on layout improvements, functionality, furniture placement, circulation, buildability and alternative design solutions.
You do not need to decide now. If professional design advice would be helpful during your walkthrough, a Design Consultant can be added to your session on the day.

We had such a fantastic experience at Life Size Plans! We visited the showroom last week and had our house plans projected onto a huge screen in the warehouse, allowing us to actually see the scale of each room and how everything would work with our furniture.It was incredible being able to visualise things that simply aren’t possible to judge from a piece of paper. We picked up a number of things we wanted to change, including wall positions and room sizes before construction even started.This has potentially saved us a lot of money and headaches down the track. An incredible experience to be able to walk through your future home while it is in design stage. Changes at this stage are much less costly compared to making those changes once building has begun. Stefan’s contribution to tweaking improvements was insightful. Cannot recommend this service enough as a ‘must do’ step for anyone building!
This is such an amazing experience to go through plans and it really helped to save us alot of pain which we would need to undergo later. Really helped us to visualise and think about some scenarios and feedback the architect to make some changes before we move ahead in the final submissions. Definitely recommend and worth every dollar atleast if you are building for the first time. What an amazing experience Lifesize Plans was to be able to walk through our home before our final hoyse plans are completed. We were able to make some very itergral changes and decisions during this time that would have costed us dearly in construction. Stefano was extremely helpful and was there to assist us throughout our visit with any requests. Well worth the time and money. A must if you are building!
